Natural Intuition & Empathy

I was first introduced to astrology at the age of six, and even at that young age, I knew it would be a major part of my life. Astrology seemed to fit perfectly with my natural intuition and strong empathy for others, and I set out to read and learn everything I could about it. 

As a child, I also had a keen interest in the world community and the inter-connectedness of people, cultures and ideas. I was blessed to be born into a big, close-knit, Italian family and grew up spending summers with my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins in Italy. I saw how cooking and serving food with love was one of the many ways of bringing people together and enriching each others' lives, despite language and cultural differences.

Connecting People with Themselves, Each Other & the World

By the time I was in college, I clearly knew that I wanted to be involved in connecting people of all types from places near and far. A career in international diplomacy was in my sights. Toward that end, I studied and learned to speak four languages, and I earned my Master of Arts Degree in Leadership in Teaching. I began hosting gatherings of diverse and fascinating people. I also continued to devour books on astrology, tarot, philosophy and world religions. I became a devoted practitioner of yoga and martial arts, later earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do. 

The mid-1980s marked a key turning point in my life. I bought my first tarot deck and began using it in conjunction with doing astrology consultations. Around the same time, a somewhat divine intervention led me (unexpectedly) into teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) to international students at Notre Dame of Maryland University. The universe, guiding me on two intertwining paths— as an Intuitive Astrologer and Teacher— gave me the perfect opportunity to manifest my passion for connecting people with themselves, each other and the world.

What followed has been 35 wonderful years, and counting, of doing what I love. I look forward with excitement to each day of working with my amazing astrology clients! I continue to expand my knowledge and skills through ongoing studies with some of today's leading astrologers and by reading, reading and more reading. In addition to being an Intuitive Astrologer and Teacher, I  am an Ordained Minister of American Marriage Ministries and am certified to serve as a wedding officiant.
